These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and browser extensions provided by DailyToolsLab. Throughout these Terms, "application" and "applications" refer to both our mobile apps and our browser extensions. By accessing or using any of them, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any mobile application or browser extension developed by DailyToolsLab, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Limited License

DailyToolsLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose or in any way that harms the app's functionality.
  • Use the app to perform unauthorized data mining or scraping.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures we have implemented.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications (including software, design, text, and logos) are the exclusive property of DailyToolsLab and its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights by using our apps.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DailyToolsLab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The performance, accuracy, or reliability of our applications.
  • That the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Specific to Cleaning Apps: You acknowledge that you use storage cleaning features at your own risk. DailyToolsLab is not responsible for any accidental loss of data, photos, or files resulting from the use of our applications.
  • Specific to Camera, Recording & Navigation Apps: You use any recording, camera, sensor, mapping, or live-view feature entirely at your own risk. Recording and capture depend on factors outside our control — including your device's hardware, available storage, battery level, temperature, granted permissions, mounting, connectivity, and operating system — and a recording may fail to start or stop, may not be saved or synced, may be partial, corrupted, or lost, or may never be captured at all, for any reason or no reason. DailyToolsLab does not warrant that any footage will be recorded, retained, accurate, time-stamped correctly, or fit for any purpose, including use as evidence or for insurance, legal, or safety claims, and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from missing, incomplete, or unusable recordings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyToolsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — nor for any personal injury, death, property damage, lost or unusable recordings, or loss of data or business — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Safe Operation and Assumption of Risk

Our applications may be used in connection with riding, driving, cycling, or other physical or motor activities. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for operating any vehicle or equipment lawfully, attentively, and in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer instructions. Do not mount, position, hold, look at, or interact with your device in any way that distracts you or reduces your control while in motion. Our applications do not improve safety, prevent incidents, or replace your own judgment, attention, protective equipment, or local laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with such activities, and DailyToolsLab is not liable for any accident, collision, injury, death, property damage, traffic violation, or other loss occurring before, during, or after use of our applications, however caused.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
