This section describes the information we collect through our mobile applications (EverClean AI and MotoLens) and through this website. It does not describe our browser extensions, which are covered separately in Section 8 — Header Modifier collects no data at all. We prioritize data minimization and only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include:

  • Usage Data: Automatically collected technical data, such as device type, operating system, and app performance metrics (e.g., crash logs).
  • Identifiers: We may collect device-specific identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier or IDFA) to help us understand app attribution and improve our services.
  • Communication Data: Information you provide if you contact us directly, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Account Data (MotoLens only): When you use MotoLens account features, we store sign-in identifiers (from Apple or Google), ride summary data, and push notification tokens. See Section 8 for the full breakdown.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Services: Operating, maintaining, and improving the functionality of our apps and websites.
  • To Analyze Trends: Using aggregated, non-personally identifiable data to understand how our tools are used and to identify areas for improvement.

3. Third-Party Analytics and Sharing

This section applies to our mobile applications and this website. We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party service providers (such as for analytics and attribution) to help us understand app performance and effectiveness, and this website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. These services may collect information automatically as described in their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law. Our browser extensions use no analytics or attribution services of any kind — see Section 8.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. If we make changes that materially affect how we handle your information, we will communicate them through our applications or website where appropriate. 8. App-Specific Data Handling

Our products are built to minimize the data that leaves your device. The exact data flows differ by product — some are fully on-device, while others require server-side support for accounts, sync, and notifications. The word "AI" in our app names refers to on-device algorithms only; we do not send your content to third-party AI services. Specifics by product:

  • EverClean AI: Storage analysis, duplicate detection, video compression, and cleanup recommendations are computed entirely on your device. Your photos and videos never leave your phone, and EverClean AI does not communicate with any of our servers.
  • MotoLens: MotoLens records video, audio, GPS location, and motion sensor data using your device's camera, microphone, GPS receiver, and accelerometer. Raw footage and audio remain on your device using a looping buffer and are never uploaded to our servers — recordings only leave your device when you explicitly export or share them through your device's share sheet. MotoLens also includes optional account features that involve our servers: signing in with Apple or Google stores the identifier and email those providers choose to share with us so we can maintain your account; syncing rides sends summary data such as distance and ride metadata (never raw footage) to power ride history, lifetime totals, and the leaderboard; enabling notifications stores your device's push token on our servers to deliver alerts. You can request deletion of your account and associated server-side data at any time via the contact options below.
  • Header Modifier (Chrome extension): Header Modifier stores only the header rules you create — a header name, a value, and a URL pattern per rule — using Chrome’s built-in storage API (chrome.storage.sync), so they persist across restarts and sync across the Chrome profiles you are signed into. That is the entire contents of its storage. The extension collects no usage data, no analytics, and no identifiers of any kind. It contains no advertising or attribution SDKs. It makes no network requests of its own and transmits nothing to our servers or to any third party, and it loads no remote code. It does not read page content and does not read or record your browsing history. Because it holds nothing about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, sell, or delete on request.

9. Advertising and Attribution

This section applies to our mobile applications only. We may work with third-party partners who use technologies like advertising identifiers to help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users find our mobile apps. This information allows us to optimize our services and provide a more relevant experience. You can manage your tracking preferences through your device settings at any time. Our browser extensions contain no advertising or attribution SDKs and are not covered by this section.
